WINITALL GAME RULES


Introduction


Welcome to WINITALL, a fantasy sports platform where your skill in selecting winning teams can lead you to victory. These Game Rules ("Rules") outline the guidelines and regulations for participating in contests on the WINITALL application ("Application" or "Platform"). By entering any contest, you agree to abide by these Rules.



Objective of the Game


The objective is simple: Pick a single winning team each week from the available professional football teams. If your selected team wins, you advance to the next week. If your team loses or ties, you are eliminated from the contest. The goal is to advance as many weeks as possible. The last remaining contestant(s) will be declared the winner(s).



Team Selection


  • Unique Picks: You may only select each team once during the entire contest. Once you have picked a team, you cannot select that team again in any subsequent week.

  • Selection Deadline: All picks must be submitted before the specified deadlines (see "Pick Deadlines" below).

  • Changing Picks: You may change your pick at any time before the selection deadline. After the deadline, all selections are final.



Auto Picks


If you fail to submit a pick before the deadline, the Application's Autopick feature will select a team on your behalf:

  • Autopick Criteria:
    • The Autopick will select the biggest available favorite based on the point spread, in alphabetical order.

    • If no favorites are available, it will select the smallest available underdog in alphabetical order.
  • Timing: The Autopick runs immediately after the pick deadline and will not assign a team that has already started playing.

  • No Duplicate Teams: The Autopick will not assign you a team that you have already selected in a previous week.


Elimination


  • Single Elimination: You are eliminated from the contest the first time you pick a team that does not win (i.e., your team loses or ties).



  • Minimum Advancement: To be eligible to win, you must successfully pick at least two (2) winning teams in separate weeks. The contest cannot conclude in the first week.



  • Void Contest: If all contestants are eliminated before any have successfully picked two winning teams, the contest will be voided, and all entry fees will be refunded.



Winning the Contest


  • Last Remaining Contestant: The winner is the last contestant remaining after all others have been eliminated.



  • Multiple Winners:
    • If multiple contestants remain after the final week, or all remaining contestants are eliminated in the same week, the prize will be split equally among them.
    • If all remaining contestants are eliminated in the same week, those who advanced the furthest will be declared co-winners.

  • No Available Teams:
    • If remaining contestants have no teams left to pick, they must still select a winning team to advance or be declared the winner.
    • Failure to select a team when no eligible teams remain will result in elimination.



Tiebreaker


If two or more contestants are still active and all are eliminated in the same week before the end of the regular season, the contest will end, and the remaining contestants will split the prize equally.



Pick Deadlines


  • Games Played Tuesday to Saturday:

    • Picks must be submitted at least five (5) minutes prior to the scheduled kickoff time of the game.

    • Example: For a Thursday night game with an 8:00 PM kickoff, the pick deadline is 7:55 PM Eastern Time.



  • Games Played on Sunday and Monday:
    • Picks must be submitted by 12:55 PM Eastern Time on Sunday.
  • No Late Picks: Late submissions will not be accepted, and the Autopick feature will assign a team on your behalf.


Extra Entries



  • Multiple Entries: Contestants are allowed multiple entries depending on the structure of the contest they choose to enter.



  • Entry Limits: The maximum number of entries per contestant will be specified in the contest details.



Confirming Picks


  • Your Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure that your picks are submitted and accepted by the Application.



  • Confirmation Screen: After submitting your pick, you should see a confirmation screen indicating your selection has been received.



  • Confirmation Email: You will receive a confirmation email summarizing your pick.



  • Verification: To verify your pick, navigate to the "My Picks" section within the Application. Your selected team should be displayed there.



  • No Liability for Missed Picks: The Company is not responsible for any missed picks due to technical issues or user error.



Postponed or Cancelled Games


  • Game Postponement or Cancellation:

    • If a game is postponed to a later week or ends with no result, all picks for that game will be deleted.

    • Contestants who picked a team in the affected game will have a team assigned via the Autopick feature.



  • Autopick Assignment in Postponed Games:

    • The Autopick will assign the biggest available favorite in alphabetical order.

    • If no favorites are available, the smallest available underdog in alphabetical order will be assigned.



Disputes


  • Application Records:

    • In case of any discrepancy between what the Application displays and what a contestant believes they selected, the Application's records will be considered final.



    • If there is a discrepancy between the Application and a pick confirmation email, the Application's records will prevail.



  • Resolution Process:

    • Any disputes should be directed to support@winitall.com within 24 hours of the issue.

    • The Company will investigate and respond to disputes in accordance with its dispute resolution policies.



Conduct and Ethics


  • Fair Play: Contestants are expected to play fairly and ethically.



  • Prohibited Actions:

    • Collusion with other contestants.

    • Use of unauthorized scripts, bots, or automated tools.

    • Sharing accounts or allowing others to make picks on your behalf.



  • Consequences:

    • Violations may result in disqualification, forfeiture of entry fees, and suspension or termination of your account.



Responsible Gaming


  • Self-Exclusion: Players may self-exclude from participation as outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

  • Assistance Resources: If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, resources are available at 1-800-GAMBLER.



Privacy


  • Data Use: All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Confidentiality: Information related to self-exclusion or personal data will be kept confidential and used solely for operational purposes.



Modifications to the Rules


  • The Company reserves the right to modify these Game Rules at any time.

  • Notification of Changes:

    • Significant changes will be communicated via email or through the Application.

    • Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Rules.
